Cheryl is from Delaware, and she completed her Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education in Dallas, TX. She returned home to her family in 2002 and is currently finishing her Masters Degree in Counseling at Wilmington University.
Cheryl is expecting her first child, a son, in January. She has recently partnered with The Oldfather Group at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s and is very excited about all that can be accomplished in a team setting.

Phone: Direct: 866.612.6278Send Jaime a message.Jaime Carter is a native Delawarean who grew up vacationing at her family's beach homes in both Dewey and Bethany Beach. Jaime now lives in Lewes and passes along the tradition of growing up at the beach to her 2 boys, Brexton and Sawyer.
In 1999, Jaime graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree. After living and working outside of Washington, D.C for both the National Office for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and for Score! Learning center, she moved back to Delaware to be close to her family.
Jaime has been a licensed Realtor® since 2002, and began working in Real Estate as a buyer's agent. As a buyer's agent Jaime worked to ensure a smooth transition throughout the purchasing process, making sure each buyer was satisfied. After taking time off to be at home with her sons, she is now joining Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty to pursue her career in Real Estate as an Agent.
